Would you like to participate in the 6th edition of the Slow Wine Fair?

The company wishing to join must be in line with the selection criteria set out in the Slow Food Manifesto for Good, Clean and Fair Wine. By signing the Manifesto and adhering to its principles, the company becomes part of the Slow Wine Coalition: the network of producers, professionals and consumers who share the same idea of wine.
Companies that have never participated in the Slow Wine Fair or that are not in the Slow Wine Guide will be asked to provide tasting samples for an evaluation of their application.

I apply for registration for SLOW WINE FAIR 2027 (21–23 February 2027) with the allocation of:

A FULLY EQUIPPED LOCATION IN A SHARED ISLAND BOOTH which includes:

1 desk, 1 stool and tasting equipment (corkscrew, spittoon, measuring caps, frappeuse, ice, glasses)
Wi-fi, lighting, power socket, central storage, refrigerator and a communal washing area
The fee also includes insurance for your stand, inclusion of your winery’s name in the exhibitors catalogue and guide map for the fair, 2 exhibitor passes, 1 parking pass and 10 complimentary tickets to give away to clients and friends.

FEES FOR NON-ITALIAN PRODUCERS:

€600 – Early bird rate for registrations completed by September 30, 2026
€800 – Standard rate for registrations from October 1 to December 30, 2026
€1,000 – Late registration rate for registrations after December 30, 2026
For exhibitors who participated in the 2026 edition of the Slow Wine Fair:
€800 – Special rate
€600 – Special Early Bird rate for registrations completed by December 30, 2026
