As a beneficiary of financial support from Slow Food, we are kindly requesting you to fill in this form. The purpose is to collect information to allow us to demonstrate the impact that the Slow Food network has worldwide.

After completing the form, you will be directed to a page for uploading any relevant attachments to complete your application. Do not hesitate to send us any supporting documents including pictures of the event, links to articles, social media posts, FB events, videos produced.

After submission, you will receive a summary email. Please note: The system does not provide drafts saving, so we encourage to prepare texts in advance.

The evidence can either be included as links to websites and/or social media pages demonstrating the implementation of the activities or sent via mail to advocacy@slowfood.it. The links are preferable. Examples of evidence: link or Annex of the printable version of the communication materials produced; link or Annex of the programmes of the activities; link to pictures or videos uploaded; etc.

Producers
farmers, processors, fishermen, artisans, etc. Anyone involved in the production or transformation of a particular food and closely linked to a geographic area
Consumers
anyone not directly involves in the production or transformation of a particular food, but who is "consuming" it. It might be general consumers, attendees of events, beneficiaries or projects/initiatives, etc
Private sector food companies
companies who are typically involved in the production, processing, marketing, distribution and sale of food and drink, often operating at a significant scale at regional, national or international levels and supply chains.
Public institutions
public institutions (municipalities, local authorities, local/regional/national institutions, etc)
